This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team. The team is transforming how government buys digital products and services through BuyICT.gov.au and Digital Marketplace.
You will work closely with internal and external users to understand and capture user and business needs and identify opportunities for change. You will work with product managers, technical architects and interaction designers to design solutions to complex problems. You will help the product manager to make critical decisions through gathering and analysing information and facilitating collaboration.
The successful candidate will have:
· experience solving complex problems based on analysis and investigation
· experience working with product managers to translate user needs and business needs into user stories
· ability to collaborate and work in iterations and continuous delivery cycles
· experience in system and data analytics
· ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
· experience working within a multi-disciplinary and agile team
· experience leading workshops and guiding stakeholders to make decisions
· familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence (desirable, not essential)
