Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The duties of the position include, but is not limited to:
• Analysis of specification and changes required to perform the testing process:
• Develop test automation strategy
• Approve testing processes
• Raise defects/issues and log and track faults using standard tools, for example; Microsoft Teams Management
• Lead on the introduction of automation test frameworks
• Contribute to the increase in automation test coverage
• Introduce and maintain test tools relevant to the business needs and technologies in use
• Use appropriate measures and Key Performance Indicators to validate and report on software quality
• Ensure that all tests are executed and give regular feedback to the team lead on the status of quality.
• Writing, reviewing and executing test cases
• Effectively prioritise and allocate tasks.
• Mentor team members.
• Work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
• Experience in workshop facilitation
• Experience in reporting
• Knowledge and experience within large scale enterprise systems
• Desirable
• Knowledge and experience within large scale enterprise systems
• Experience working on complex IT systems
• At least 5 years' experience as a Tester
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
