Barwon Coast Committee invites suitably qualified firms to submit a Tender for the cleaning of the Public Toilet and Shower Blocks located within the foreshore area. The foreshore area is between the townships of Collendina and Breamlea with-in the municipality of City of Greater Geelong, and includes the estuary of the Barwon River. There are 10 public toilets and 4 shower facilities located with-in the foreshore.
The initial term of the contract shall be 3 years (ie : up to 30 June 2025), with the option of a further two (2) x one (1) year extensions that shall be exercised entirely at the discretion of The Principal.

The requirements of Toilet and Shower Blocks cleaning services supplied by the Contractor varies according to the season patronage. The location of each Toilet and Shower Block, together with details on the floor area of each block (expressed in square metres) and the number of toilet pans, urinals, basins and showers etc. in each block is provided in the appendices to the Contract Documents.

Details on the frequency of cleaning during the peak holiday season and the off-season are also detailed in the appendices of the Contract Documents.
