Safer Care Victoria (SCV) is Victoria’s healthcare quality and safety specialist. Consumers play a vital role in the work that SCV does to improve the safety and quality of the Victorian health system as outlined in the Partnering in healthcare framework.
Through this call for funding submission process, SCV is seeking services with expertise in partnering and co-design to deliver services to support and build consumers’ capacity to partner with SCV and Victorian health services.
Underlying this approach are three priority areas for development:
- Partnering in health communities
- Consumer capabilities and leadership
- Measuring the impacts of partnering
Services should focus on the domains of the Partnering in healthcare framework and have a focus on equity and inclusion of diverse consumer experiences and voices in Victoria.
