This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The AFP has a requirement for the development of a Corporate System Architecture Map. The successful vendor will review and map existing corporate enabling technology systems and information architecture across the organisation.
This information will need to capture and detail:
• all active and inactive corporate enabling systems;
• functions that are delivered through each system;
• data flows between systems (automated or manual);
• the business areas that own corporate systems;
• the business areas that utilise corporate systems; and
• the annual cost of systems including licences and maintenance;
• any identified system limitations.
This work will need to consider any relationships and/or connections between corporate and operational systems.
The information will need to be able to assist the AFP develop a corporate systems roadmap that can be used to inform future capability and investment decisions.
