Tender Description
Council (the Principal), in response to RFx227 is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced contractors to provide all aspects of project management in the planning, pre-production and delivery of Council’s Ramadan Street Food Festival event to be held on Saturday April 23, 2022 at Auburn Road, Auburn from 6pm – 12am.
The successful contractor will deliver this community, food and culture event with a focus on safety, efficiency, and robust best practice event logistics based on extensive experience and skilled personnel, to create a quality event experience for attendees and program participants. The event will operate from 6pm – 12am with an expected attendance of 7500 – 10,000 attendees based on comparative numbers achieved in 2019 when the event was last delivered in full.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price, breakdown and schedule of rates basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions, in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract.
