Overview
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (Indonesia Branch) is seeking a suitably qualified provider to support the delivery of the Australia–Indonesia Leadership Dialogue (AILD) in FY2026-27. The AILD will convene senior Australian and Indonesian leaders for a half day dialogue to be held in either Australia or Indonesia, providing an opportunity for delegates to participate in high-level discussions on topics related to the bilateral relationship and the future direction of the Australia-Indonesia relationship.
Purpose
DFAT (Indonesia Branch) is looking to procure event hosting and management services, travel logistics services, and possible program development services, from a suitably qualified provider, to host the Australia–Indonesia Leadership Dialogue in financial year 2026-27 in either Australia or Indonesia.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Event hosting and management services for the Australia–Indonesia Leadership Dialogue
- Travel logistics services
- Possible program development services
