IHACPA is seeking a PCO who can liaise with suppliers and the conference committee to deliver a successful event.
IHACPA Conference 2027 is scheduled to be held at the Hilton Sydney in September 2027. It is anticipated there will be 500 in-person delegates attending, although the successful Tenderer should have the capacity to accommodate changes from the estimated delegate numbers.
The conference format includes three conference days including two social functions. The conference comprises registration, keynote presentations, workshops, concurrent speaker sessions and panel discussions. The majority of sessions will be live streamed or recorded for the virtual audience while some sessions will remain in-person to promote attendance to the live event in Sydney. The social component includes a networking function and a conference dinner.
