Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Hume City Council is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably qualified architectural design consultants for design services for the Craigieburn and Valley Park Community Centres.

Those that are shortlisted from this process will be invited to tender. Council seeks and reserves the right to achieve one of the following two outcomes by assessing the capacity and capability of the market in order:

• To award the two Architectural Services contracts to a single proponent
• To award each of the two Architectural Services contracts to a different proponent
