Tender Description
The National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS) is seeking expressions of interest (EOIs) for the lease of Murrays Cottage and/or Haefligers Cottage within Hill End Historic Site (HEHS).
Respondents are invited to provide proposals for the lease of one or both cottages, for purposes such as the operation of a creative residency program or short stay accommodation.
Proposals must be consistent with the environmental, cultural and heritage values of the site.
The successful respondent will have experience in the operation of visitor services, skills in marketing and the capacity to conserve and maintain the heritage premises in collaboration with NPWS.
