This process presents an opportunity to enhance the visitor experience, village services and encourage business and community use of NPWS owned buildings through appropriate leasing arrangements.
Scope
Properties include the Royal Hotel, General Store, Hosies, and a range of tourist accommodation cottages. The mix of hospitality, retail and accommodation properties offers a unique opportunity to deliver integrated visitor services within the village.
NPWS invites experienced operators to deliver heritage-appropriate, complementary uses that support visitors and contribute to the ongoing functioning of the village, in a manner consistent with the historic character of Hill End.
