Tender Description
The project will be fully documented by an Architect for the construction of a single storey two unit development.
Criteria for Expressions of interest include:
1. Submissions must be provided on the Company letter head.
2. Builders must be registered with the Construction Supply Register.
3. Builders must be registered with the Victorian Building Authority as a Building Practitioner.
4. Builders must be registered in the category of Commercial Builder.
5. Builders must provide relevant examples of previous and current work in the following areas; Disability accommodation, aged care housing, non-for-profit builds, retirement accommodation and/or any class 3 construction builds.
