Tender Description
Council (the Principal), in response to RFx223 is seeking submissions from suitably qualified, experienced Design Consultant or Urban Design Consulting Organisation to deliver the Granville Activation Project.
The 'Activation Project' is a Council initiative to create a vibrant temporary public space in a closed section at South Street, Granville for a period of seven (7) days commencing in May 2022.
The successful respondent will:
- develop a concept design for the physical infrastructure of the temporary public space;
- project manage supply, install, maintenance and deinstallation of the required physical infrastructure;
- liaise with the Place & Engagement team within Council to ensure project requirements are met.
The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions, in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.
Contract: Australian Standard AS4122 - 2010 General Conditions of Contract
