This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Innovation documentation/presentations/change management that will enable an Innovation practice to be embedded into the Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency).
Provision of innovation expertise to reach agreement and buy-in of where/how innovation can operate within the Agency.
This will include:
• How innovation integrates with existing process and ways of doing business (e.g. mix between BAU and transformation, investment allocation, risk appetite, priority aims for product roadmap);
• Set up innovation processes including EPMO integration and change management with Agency staff;
• Ongoing industry partnership guidance; and
• Examples of best practice where innovation has been embedded into a typically risk averse and BAU-focused organization.
