Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
A fixed price quotation for an enterprise search engine, including delivery and implementation, including:
• Solution high-level and detailed designs
• COTS (commercial off the shelf) cloud or software product that:
o Delivers a consistent UX, user-friendly interface available through the ACCC’s intranet (Drupal) that offers:
- intuitive search options e.g. simple and advanced search, metadata options for ‘date’, ‘author’, words in title, etc.
- easy to read search results across a range of portable devices e.g. smartphones, tablets
- the ability for Users to choose to search one, some, or all, of the information repositories indexed by the search engine
o Supports advanced word search e.g. patterns, synonyms, misspelled words
o Can search across multiple information repositories held on-premises and the cloud, and information ‘types’ (in priority order) semi-structured (e.g. M365 products, Outlook, Teams Chat) structured (e.g. relational databases), and unstructured (video and audio recordings)
o Delivers search results that are intuitive and easy to use e.g. allows a User to select a result’s link that opens the information source
o Delivers search results that ensure security requirements are met i.e. restricted information is only available to those who have permission to see or know the information exists
