The Customer Value Program is seeking multiple content writers to join its website modernisation project team. Successful applicants will have a rare opportunity to join a lean agile, multidisciplinary team, tasked with undertaking a full-scale, customer centric transformation of IP Australia’s customer facing information systems.
As one of the team’s content writers, you will:
• create and improve content that's readable, accessible and optimised for search
• use customer insights to inform continuous improvement of content
• review and edit content for quality
• help to test content for comprehension
• make recommendations to meet customer means
• work as part of a multidisciplinary agile team with a focus on delivery
• collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have:
• experience as a content writer and designer with a focus on user-centered services and products
• demonstrated understanding of content design, including accessibility, inclusivity, readability, information architecture, content types and models
• experience collaborating across a multidisciplinary team
• an understanding of user stories, prototypes and journey maps
• the ability to work productively with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
• abilities to adapt to change and pivots in priority
• skills and experience in Sitecore, or the ability to develop the required skills.
