Tender Description
Provision of services to address health issues that are identified upon reception or that arise during an individual's prison term. This stream incorporates provision of primary health services, in addition to facilitation of referrals to specialist care and include:
- Medical clinics
- Mental health clinics
- Medication management
- Dental services
- Chronic care treatment
- Advanced care planning
- Specialist referrals
- Allied health services, including optometry, dietetics, audiology, speech pathology, podiatry, social work, physiotherapy and occupational therapy
- Medical aids
- Personal care
- Primary care for children in the care of their mothers.
