This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Education, Skills and Employment (the department) is seeking an experienced qualitative research organisation to engage a cross-section of departmental staff (the department has 3,943 employees) to understand how they engage with innovation. It is expected this research will reveal where opportunities and barriers exist for staff who are wanting to adopt more innovative ways of working, experimentation and why there is a perceived lack of inspiration and support for learning from failure.
Support required would include:
• Planning and communication (project plan and consent forms etc.).
• Recruiting participants
• Logistics for scheduling and conducting research
• Analysis and synthesis of research
• An insights and recommendations report (as a formal deliverable)
