Western Victoria PHN is seeking a local consultant with established stakeholder relationships within western Victoria to effectively facilitate the co-development of the Western Victoria After Hours Foundational Plan.
The Western Victoria After Hours Foundational Plan aims to build and enable the capacity of Western Victoria PHN to lead after hours planning, commissioning, and integration of services at a regional level in partnership with local primary care stakeholders including local GPs and primary care providers, LHNs and consumers.
