Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
qualified and experienced resource to assist with finalising the transition from TechnologyOne (TechOne) Ci to CiAnywhere and provide support with the enhancement of TechOne system.
Key services include:
• Migrate remaining modules of TechOne to CiAnywhere and manage the delivery of automation, enhanced self-service, workflow, and reporting.
• Assist with the development and implementation of processes, procedures and guidelines to finalise the transition from TechOne Ci modules to CiAnywhere modules.
• Implement conversions, data analysis, migration, assessment of financial management.
• Deliver an e-invoicing gateway for both incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Develop and/or implement improvements to the operational reports and dashboards.
• Manage the integration of external systems and interfaces into TechnologyOne (Aurion, PMO365 etc).
• Manage the development of procurement process using BPA forms.
• Implement improvements to streamlined travel request and approval workflow processes.
• Assist with providing finance system trainings by way of user manuals and workshops if required.
• Provide a high-level professional, technical and/or specialist advice to those within the organisation as well as key external stakeholders, promptly resolving staff enquiries and technical issues.
• Provide subject matter expert advice and guidance on strategy and architecture.
• Undertake other duties as required (cost allocation model, ETL, XLOne reports, budget, purchase cards, contracts, dashboard and etc).
