Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new car park at Beaudesert SS, located at 15-17 Tina St, Beaudesert QLD 4285 as part of the Bring Forward Program.
The works include demolition of existing surfaces, earthworks and construction of a new concrete car park for staff and visitors. All works are to be completed by 29 April 2022.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00

Covid-19 Safety precautions will be mandatory for site inspections.
