Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified builders to be considered for a shortlist to tender for the construction of a new two-storey school building at Toogoolawa School, Ormeau, Queensland.
The proposed works include demolition of existing buildings, construction of new general learning areas, flexible learning areas, staff and administration areas, learning support areas, amenities, circulation areas, stairs, lift access and associated services.
Construction is anticipated to commence within 2026, with completion targeted for late 2027.
Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, capability, availability and suitable references.
