Tender Description
Yarriambiack Shire Council are seeking a qualified contractor to undertake footbridge repair and maintenance works on four footbridges located in Warracknabeal:-
- Half Moon Bridge (Asquith Avenue/Craig Avenue)
- Lions Park Bridge (Scott Street/Warracknabeal Fauna Park)
- Coronation Bridge (Warunda Avenue/Bowling Club)
- Timber Bridge (50m north of Borung Highway/Lyle Street)
The works are to include the following tasks:
1. Construction of retaining wall at both abutments including back fill and compaction (Lions Park Bridge)
2. Replace rotted timber decking plank and timber kerbs (Coronation Bridge, Timber Bridge and Lions Park Bridge)
3. Supply and installation of new timber decking planks and kerbs (Half Moon Bridge)
4. Install wire mesh to control free from climbing footholds (Coronation Bridge and Lions Park Bridge)
Project Completion date 30 June 2022
Project Budget $50,000
Mandatory site inspection, prior to lodgement of tender submission.
