Provision of Building Cleaning Services for the Goolwa Oval Recreation Precinct

⁠⁠⁠Alexandrina Council of 11 Cadell St, Goolwa, SA, 5214 (the Council) invites tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Building Cleaning Services for the Goolwa Oval Recreation Precinct facility (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.

As part of the Goolwa Oval Recreation Precinct Master Plan re-development of the current sporting facilities were considered as part of the overall vision for the Oval.

The multi-functional shared sporting facility building, with both male & female dedicated change / toilet facilities, amenities that will attract club, association, representative, State and other sporting and community events, be compliant, and work cohesively with the sporting bodies associated with the oval; football, cricket, netball, tennis, hockey and other ancillary sports.

The re-development of the facility is set to be complete by the end of 2021 or early 2022, therefore, to maintain the cleanliness of the building, the procurement of cleaning services is required. The expected outcome of this procurement, is to put a contract in place with a supplier to ensure the Goolwa Oval Recreation Precinct is cleaned accordingly as directed in the Cleaning Schedule in time for the opening of the facility.

This will be an exclusive contract to deliver the services.

The term of the contract will be Two (2) Years with Two (2 x 12 Month) Twelve Month extension option/s available at the sole discretion of the Alexandrina Council.

A briefing session will be held at Goyder Street, Goolwa, SA, Australia, 5214 on 11:00 AM 9 February 2022.
- A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
