Tender Description
This RFP is for the provision of ERP software, implementation and integration of support services.
Sealed proposals conforming with this RFP must be addressed to the Meander Valley Council (MVC) and received at Meander Valley Council, Attention: Mark Jones, 26 Lyall Street Westbury Tasmania 7303 no later than 5:00 PM (Australian Eastern Daylight Time), Wednesday, 2nd March, 2022 (Closing Time).
No proposals will be accepted after this time.
MVC will not accept fax proposals. All faxed proposals shall be rejected and returned.
Oral proposals will not be considered.
A proposal submitted by email before the Closing Time will only be considered if an identical proposal, complying with this Request for Proposal, is received within two business days after the Closing Time.
RECEIPT AND HANDLING OF PROPOSALS
The vendor assumes full responsibility for the timely delivery of the proposal to the designated location. Proposals delivered to any other office or location will not be considered.
Competitive sealed proposals are not publicly opened or otherwise handled so as to permit disclosure of the identity of any vendor or the contents of any proposal to competing vendors during the evaluation process.
PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS
The proposal documents are available several ways:
1. Download the document from the MVC Web site at: http://www.meander.tas.au/tenders
2. Visit the MVC’s Westbury Office and pick up a proposal packet between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. MVC are located at 26 Lyall St Westbury, Tasmania, 7303
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. (Australian Eastern Daylight Time), Tuesday, 1st February 2022 will be available online via Zoom.
SUBMITTAL OF QUESTIONS
Prospective vendors are required to submit any questions no later than 5:00 P.M. (AEDT), Tuesday, 15th February, 2022 to Mark Jones, via e-mail at mark.jones@mvc.tas.gov.au. Oral answers to questions relative to interpretation of requirements or the proposal process will not be binding on MVC. MVC reserves the right to include questions and responses in the form of written Addendums, as it deems necessary.
Unauthorised communication by a prospective vendor with other staff of MVC may lead to the exclusion from consideration of a proposal.
