Tender Description
TasPorts seeks to engage a delivery partner that can support both initial digital uplift in Capability & Learning Management whilst supporting long-term growth into end-to-end People & Culture (P&C) functions.
Through this procurement, TasPorts seeks to partner with a suitably experienced vendor to design and deliver an integrated, modern Human Resource Management System (HRMS)/Human Capital Management (HCM) solution with a strong Capability, Learning and Talent functionality that addresses current limitations and enables future growth.
TasPorts is undertaking a broad digital transformation aligned to our Digital Strategy. We are seeking a solution that integrates with key enterprise platforms and aligns to this direction.
Central to this is our enterprise integration platform, which provides a standard, centralised approach for data exchange between systems. In parallel, we are implementing a modern data lake and reporting environment to support cross-system analytics and business intelligence.
The desired outcome is a scalable, secure, and user-centred platform that reduces operational risk, improves efficiency, and establishes a trusted single source of truth across core P&C capabilities.
