This tender is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced vendor to implement a solution that improves customer experience through automation, digitisation and increased accessibility to data, and ultimately decreases the cost to serve customers without reducing safety and reliability of the respective networks.

Overview

We are currently seeking a capable service provider for:

(a) Deliver CX Uplift program foundational capabilities, including but not limited to:

• Contact Management
• Account Management
• Service Request Management
• Communications and Notifications
• Dashboard and Reporting
• (b) Implement the foundation of a technology solution, defined by the CX Uplift High-Level Solution Design, which includes but is not limited to:
• SAP Service Cloud
• SAP Customer Data Cloud
• SAP BTP
• Integration with core platforms
