Tender Description
Indigo Shire Council is looking to replace the heating & cooling units in the following Buildings:-
Rutherglen Visitor Information Centre
- Replacement of AC-03 & CU-03 – note that location away from laser light is desired
Old Chiltern Courthouse
- Replacement of AC-01 & CU-01 – note that replacement units should be of sufficient capacity to allow for future removal of gas heating.
Beechworth RSL
- Replacement of existing Evaporative Cooler with Reverse Cycle Heating & Cooling – note that tender should include removal of existing unit.
Quercus Beechworth
- Replacement of the following units – CU-03 AC-03 CU-04 AC-04
and is seeking tenders for the supply and installation of your recommended replacement Units.
- Tenders should include all costs associated with supply, installation, removal and disposal of existing units.
- Tenders should include details of all Warranties associated with units and installation.
- In the event that Tenders exceed Councils Budget for these works some Buildings may be removed from the scope of works.
