Tender Description
Wellington Shire Council is looking to engage a suitably qualified contractor for detailed design for Stephenson Park. The works under this contract include site investigation, functional design, detailed design, specification, documentation, and cost estimates. Design will be generally in accordance with the facility concept landscape plan to include but not limited to:
- Car parks, sealed and unsealed internal roads
- Traffic Management infrastructure & pedestrian safety infrastructure
- Drainage
- Fencing and gates, and DDA compliant paths
- Landscaping
