Tender Description
As part of Kempsey Shire Council’s major capital works programme, the existing two storey amenities building located at Horseshoe Bay Holiday Park has been identified for demolition and replacement.
Quotations are now sought from Structural and Civil Engineering consultants to develop the following:
- Demolition Methodology for the existing two storey Amenities Building, including but not limited to; all site investigations, hazmat, In-ground Diesel Storage tank sampling, contamination report and site clearances
- Design for a retaining structure to ensure integrity of adjacent roadways and levels are maintained. Including an assessment of the existing retaining structure and its suitability for incorporation into the new build.
Quotations should be submitted in accordance with instructions included in the information documents and lodged in the electronic tender box prior to the closing time and date. The onus rests on the tenderer to ensure that the tender is lodged in accordance with the above requirements.
The lowest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
