Expression of Interest - Dungog Showground Cleaning & Grounds Keeping

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of interest are sought for the provision of cleaning & campground monitoring and grounds keeping services for Dungog Showground by the Dungog Showground and Recreation Reserve Committee. Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance service requirements are based on showground usage from events and camping / rustic camping use as well as other operational requirements. Rustic camping facilities will resume in accordance with NSW Public Health Orders and s. 355 Committee requirements.

Interest may be expressed in either or both Service 1 and Service 2.

Services Sought:

Service 1 – Cleaning & Campground Monitoring

• Clean and maintain toilets and showers, as required
• Check that all campers have logged in and paid online on a daily basis
• Monitor camping facilities
• Open buildings as required by the Committee
• Other tasks as might be agreed from time to time.

Service 2 – Grounds Maintenance

• Maintenance of the grounds including the arena, as required
• Maintenance of all buildings as required
• Other tasks as might be agreed from time to time.

Mandatory requirements:

• Australian Business Number (ABN) and registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Demonstrated appropriate business insurance including public liability and workers compensation.
• Demonstrated experience in the provision of the services shown above.

Written expressions of interest for Service 1 &/or Service 2 should include:

• Evidence of past experience providing the service/s
• Identification of the service/s related to the expression of interest
• Proposed arrangements to complete the service/s specified in Specification 1 &/or Specification 2.
• Cost schedule
• Copies of ABN and insurance documentation
• 2 business related referees
