Open Space Grounds Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this tender is to engage an experienced and suitably qualified service provider(s) to undertake grounds maintenance at three (3) sites across the Maitland City Council Local Government Area. The maintenance of these three sites will be set as separable portions within this contract.

The three sites are:

• Somerset Park & Wirraway estates, Thornton, NSW.
•  Thornton Drainage Reserve, Redman Cove Thornton, NSW.
•  East Maitland Aquatic Centre, 41 Narang Street, East Maitland NSW.

The period of engagement for this contract will be three (3) years commencing September 1st, 2026.
