This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ADHA is seeking to engage a service provider to establish Change and Transition arrangements for Aged Care Program. The Program is established to drive adoption and use of digital health technology (including MHR ) in residential aged care settings, in response to recommendations (in particular Recommendation 68) from Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety.
Successful provider will deliver the following services, on a time and materials basis, including but not limited to:
• Change Management: assess change impacts ,design and deliver fit for purpose change management strategies;
• Transition Management: support transition and adoption of new arrangements by affected stakeholders;
• Stakeholder Management: identify and manage stakeholders critical for success of the Program
• Training and Education: ensure appropriate training and education is delivered to stakeholders in a coordinated manner;
• Communications: design and deliver appropriate messaging in a coordinated manner using multiple channels;
• Integrated Delivery approach: ensure close partnership with the Department of Health, State/Territory jurisdictions and industry stakeholders to minimize impacts on aged care providers.
Successful provider will work closely with Aged Care Program team, relevant Agency sections, stakeholder forums to leverage existing and develop new capabilities to execute agreed change management strategies and plans.
