Tender Description
1.1 The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Design and Construction of Coldstream Station Pump Track located at 75 Station Street, Coldstream, Victoria 3770 (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 280 K8/K9).
1.2 Tenderers are advised that the construction start date shall be no later than 01 May 2022 and the project must reach Practical Completion by no later than 31 December 2022.
1.3 Please refer to Principal amendments to AS 4902-2000 Clause 45 (in this tender document) – the Principal authorises the Contractor to, and the Contractor must, manage or control the Workplace to the extent necessary to discharge the duties imposed on a principal contractor under the OHS Regulations etc.
1.4 Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER COSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda
