• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements

• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance
• Weekly Cadence reporting
• Planning artefacts (PMP, Schedule etc)
