Request for Quote: Demolition & Asbestos Removal Works - Three (3) Council Controlled Locations

⁠⁠⁠Yarriambiack Shire Council will seek to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the following building demolition and asbestos removal at the following locations:-

Site 1 – Entire allotment at 26 Gloucester Avenue, Woomelang

Site 2 – Entire allotment at 98 Anderson Street, Warracknabeal

Site 3 – Partial (garage) at 18 Cromie Street, Rupanyup

1. Demolition of all structures to ground level including foundations at 26 Gloucester Avenue and 98 Anderson Street sites
2. Demolition of a shed at 18 Cromie Street, Rupanyup
3. Removal of all demolition debris from the site
4. Entire site clean and level on completion of demolition works at 26 Gloucester Avenue and 98 Anderson Street sites
5. Removal of all asbestos from the three allotments and asbestos Worksafe administration
6. Landfill fees and freight
7. All asbestos debris to be taken to an approved landfill

The budget for this project will be $60,000 (excluding GST).
