Tender Description
Gippsland PHN seeks one or more providers to deliver Primary Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Stepped Care Services in Gippsland from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. Gippsland PHN invites tenders that contribute to the key procurement objectives of:
- Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery capacity of the primary mental health care sector through regional coordination and by targeting areas of need.
- Improve access to and integration of services to improve primary mental health services for individuals requiring support and treatment, by increasing coordination between various sectors and improving sector efficiency.
- Ensure access to receiving the right care in the right place at the right time.
- Complement existing services and improve regional coordination, sector efficiency and duplication of existing initiatives.
Gippsland PHN's indicative budget for the total of this procurement, including all related expenditure, is approximately $2.9 million (ex. GST). Tenderers may bid for a component of this budget that is in proportion with the geographic spread of service delivery offered in the submission. The total procurement budget is designed to maximise service delivery across Gippsland as a whole and value for money, taking into account price, non-price and risk considerations, is a key requirement of this procurement.
