Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The position is required to complete agency digital services:
• Drupal web content administration/management across content management system of large-scale websites including end to end web projects and deliverables.
• Drupal administration with custom webforms and views, including awareness of configuration synchronisation.
• Internal and external stakeholder management, including multiple suppliers and deliverables within an account service-based structure.
• Provide evidence-based advice on improving digital platforms and channels using analytics and reporting.
• Implement research and customer insights to improve customer satisfaction and product usage.
• Provide advice on reputation management and risk profiling across digital channels.
• Manage all Agency Drupal content management systems and analytics programs.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience across digital channels.
• Audit Agency website platforms and user experiences to identify requirements to invest in improving the digital experience.
• Support the Digital Manager, Digital team and Director, Communications and Marketing, overall team and the Agency focusing on coordinated and consistent communication and media strategies across all Agency digital channels.
• Manage, support, and implement content on the Agency’s websites and
provide guidance and recommendations.
• Support overall digital opportunities to promote major events, sponsorship, and outreach/promotional activities
• Produce various briefing and information products
• Follow all agency policies, procedures and instructions and take reasonable care for your own health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplace.
