The Specified Personnel will be responsible for providing the following deliverables including but not limited to:
• Assessing and validating core business requirements within the Financial, Controlling, Procurement to payment, and/or Sales to receipt streams;
• Designing and developing appropriate solutions (design and configure) to meet business requirements that are aligned with the existing department’s solution design;
• Managing the stakeholders communication status updates to ensure business requirements are delivered;
• Supporting business operations and troubleshoot production issues with SAP ECC, integration between SAP and non-SAP applications in the Department;
• Preparing project related documentation during different stages of the project, including functional specifications;
• Developing and maintaining working relationships with a diverse group of business areas and technical teams.
Specified Personnel will be expected to transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff and ensure appropriate documentation is stored in accordance with the Department’s recordkeeping policy and practices.
The Specified Personnel will also be responsible for producing the following deliverables, including but not limited to:
• Functional specification documents as required;
• Technical specification documents as required;
• Updating any existing Home Affairs documentation within the SAP system.
