Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("City") invites tenders for the Inspection and Condition Assessment of Road Reserve Assets in accordance with this request.
The duration of the contract is five (5) years with an option to extend one (1) additional year.
The assets to be assessed as part of this contract include road pavement on road cycleways, separated cycleways, pop -up cycleways, shared paths, traffic facilities, kerb ramps, kerb, gutter and footpaths.
The scope of services includes pavement load testing, pavement composition determination by non-destructive testing on selected road segments to be nominated by the City following condition assessment. The development of capital and maintenance programs using Industry Enterprise Asset Management software is also required for selected assets.
Tenderers must submit their response in the manner required by this document.
