Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Penrith City Council is seeking tenders for Gipps Street Recreational Precinct in Claremont Meadows. The development a 32 ha recreation precinct (the Gipps Street Recreation Precinct), which will comprises two main sports fields, an inclusive playground, netball courts, youth zone, skate area, pump track, nature plan area and nature and fitness loops. The site comprises the footprint of a former landfill. Detailed scope in RFT.
