The Agency requests quotes on proposed feasibility documentation for new and emerging digital health solutions, delivered to the Agency, that address the identified (and supplied) specific gaps in meeting healthcare needs and challenges of the hard-to-reach. The kinds of digital health solutions that may be proposed, developed, delivered to the Agency, and tested for implementation require clear identification of these groups and their varying needs, and understanding the complex and sometimes intersecting challenges they face and the manner in which the solution can meet the needs of the cohort in a sustainable manner.

All proponents are required to include the following in their response:

1. Audience(s) the solution assist and evidence of the need;
2. Articulation of what specific barriers for each audience that are addressed by the solution and why;
3. Outline the outcomes this solution will achieve, and any supporting evidence;
4. Outline how once implemented the solutions will be evaluated and provide details of usage reports
5. Illustrate how the solution could be scaled for broader population application highlighting any risks and or dependencies;
6. Demonstrate capacity to be sustainable separate from any future funding.
