As a Portfolio Coordinator at eSafety you will play an integral part in helping the Education, Prevention and Inclusion Branch map, document and track delivery of key programs, projects and initiatives that help keep Australians safer online.
Reporting into the Head of Education, Prevention and Inclusion this role will work closely with a newly established Corporate PMO as well as Program Managers within the Branch to establish a portfolio view of initiatives using standardised templates and tools.
As Portfolio Coordinator you may fulfil a broad array of duties to assist the Branch, to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget and that desired outcomes align to objectives. To do so you will work with team leads to ensure projects are well scoped, and that value and benefits measures are established up front and reported on at project closure in order to demonstrate that projects have achieved their desired outcomes.
You will support scoping of new initiatives and guide them through the Project Initiation process to help projects and programs get off the ground, and to ensure executive endorsement is achieved. You will support the Branch’s Program Managers where needed to clarify their requirements, deliverables, timelines and objectives and establish clear project plans that can be tracked through all phases of the project’s lifecycle.
