Tender Description
The purpose of this RFT is to assist the NSW Health to identify a supplier/s to provide the Services on an overall best value for money basis.
The supplier/s shall provide routine inspection, testing and maintenance of all essential fire safety measures in accordance with Australian Standards AS1851- 2012 and AS2293.2-2019 with all routine maintenance and testing up to and including all 12 monthly tests and Annual Condition Reports.
The whole of the work covered by this RFT shall be carried out by a recognised maintenance contractor, in accordance with modern practice, employing fully trained and competent tradespersons, using appropriate work methods, tools, machines and equipment.
The ability of the Contractor to maintain all assets across multiple regions within NSW will be viewed favourably in the tender evaluation process.
