Muswellbrook Marketplace to maintain compliance with the existing fire engineering strategy, Fire Safety Schedule (FSS), and Annual Fire Safety Statement (AFSS) obligations.
The proposed works generally include installation of new sprinkler pipework and window drencher sprinkler heads, passive fire penetration rectification works, renewal of the existing Fire Indicator Panel (FIP) due to end-of-life, and fire door passive rectification works (optional).
The project involves investigation, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, certification, and associated rectification works within an operational shopping center environment.
