Expressions of Interest to tender are sought from commercial builders with an appropriate VBA registered Building Practitioner number.
Expressions of Interest will conclude 5:00pm, Friday 12 November 2021.

Tender documentation will be issued Wednesday 19 January 2022 with tenders closing 4:00pm, Monday 28 February 2022.

The proposed work at Longerenong College includes construction of various accommodation types and a communal building set across 4 single storey buildings (approx 2000m2). Site works include site services, car parking, screen fencing and landscaping (approx 9000m2).
