Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) is inviting contractors with extensive suitable experience to tender for the redevelopment of The Wesley building and surrounds (Tender 26-017).

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Redevelopment of The Wesley building and surrounds
  • Delivery of a flat-floor performance space
  • Meeting current accessibility and safety requirements

Contractor Requirements

  • Extensive suitable experience relevant to the redevelopment works

Instructions to Tenderers

  • Council is not bound to accept any or the lowest tender
  • Late tenders will not be considered
  • Electronic tenders will only be accepted through Council's eProcure Portal
  • All enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted through the eProcure Portal, where the option to post a question is situated
