Tender Description
This RFI seeks to identify suppliers who are:
• Able to provide the Goods and Services set out in the RFI documentation
• Able to demonstrate a commitment and ability to work in collaboration with Coliban Water over the term of any agreed contractual period; and
• Willing to continuously seek improvements in value, efficiency and productivity in connection with the provision of the Goods and Services for the mutual benefit of both Coliban Water and the supplier.
Coliban Water is seeking responses that will help to understand:
• What Contact Centre capability exists;
• What typical features are supported by a solution ‘out of the box’;
• Configuration/customisation that may be required; and
• Budgetary time and cost for implementation of a potential solution.
Responses to this RFI are invited from all organisations wishing to assist Coliban Water to achieve these objectives. This RFI process may be the first stage of a multi stage procurement process.
Please note that there will be no online forum, however queries will be accepted by email and phone up until 5:00pm, Friday 05/11/2021. Question and Answer addendums will be posted on the site intermittently.
