This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
We are looking for a highly capable and adaptable professional to fill an organisational change manager role that will support the establishment and uplift of capabilities within the Bureau, associated with a significant technology transformation underway.
This role is responsible for planning, providing strategic advice and hands-on change management support for multiple projects delivered under the People & Capability workstream. Working closely with business leaders, you will develop and deliver change management plans to grow capabilities that will be required for future ways of working.
Relevant experience in managing change associated with establishing new functions/capabilities, operating models and workforce transition preferred. Familiarity with technology operations and shared services capabilities advantages.
