Tender Description
UGL is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified plumbing contractors for the routine maintenance and repairs of the hydraulic services of the Mindyarra maintenance facility.
Hydraulic services include:
- Trade Waste Plumbing and Drainage systems
- Sanitary Plumbing and drainage systems
- Stormwater drainage (Buildings)
- Potable cold and hot water systems reticulation
- Non-potable cold water
- Stormwater drainage (Buildings)
- Fire hose reel services water supply
Water supply connection to authority water mains is used for the potable cold and hot water systems reticulation
Roof water from the maintenance building is captured and discharged via siphonic stormwater drainage system and stored in a 100,000L rainwater storage tank and treated by a gross pollutant trap prior to harvesting.
Maintenance shall be conducted in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance instructions and the relevant Australian Standards and regulations.
